Curriculum

Language

Pupils develop their speaking, reading and writing in English and Irish (Gaeilge). A modern foreign language is introduced from 3rd Class.

Wellbeing combines Physical Education (PE) and Social, Personal and Health Education (SPHE).

Religious Education

As a Catholic school, we teach Catholic religious education and prepare pupils for the sacraments of First Confession, First Communion and Confirmation.

Religious education is optional. Our school community includes families of many faiths and none, and parents can choose whether their child takes part. Please talk to the principal if you have any questions.
